When baby-brain-fog doesn't clear

I’m Danielle.

I’ve had a real problem with sleep for a long while now.

It got really bad when my first child was born. Fractured sleep is guaranteed when you’re a new mom, but my “baby brain fog” lasted way too long. It got even worse when I went back to work and was expected to use my brain for grown up things, be able to prioritise, focus, make decisions, control my emotions and basic things like remembering people’s names!

After 16 years of chronic sleep deprivation I have recently learnt to re-train my brain so that I can reliably get good sleep. It has changed every aspect of my life and I am dedicated to helping other working moms have this basic human need too.

I developed a blueprint for an easy evening ritual will get you started. It will allow you to emerge a little bit out of brain fog. I’m really excited to share so many more things with you. Things I wish I’d known years ago.

Your fatigue is telling you something.

You need to fix your sleep problem.

Then so many of your other problems will disappear.

Your kids are watching the way you show up in your life. My life was headed in a really bad direction and I am so relieved I was able to pull myself out of that. It’s possible for you too.
